There will be no exceptions if the card & ID used for purchase is not present we will refuse your booking and there are no refunds. Please be advised that we do NOT have a grace period please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, If you are late you will not be able to take part in your scheduled activity AND you will not be refunded please plan accordingly. Please be advised we hold IDs and cards while out on the trail for incidental purposes only.
