Late arrivals or no-shows will result in no refund and no reschedule.
• If the ranch must cancel due to unsafe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme heat, icy conditions—not rain alone), a rain check will be issued; no refunds will be granted.
• Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the time the order was placed (not 48 hours before the scheduled ride).
• No refunds or reschedules will be granted the day before or the day of your appointment, regardless of reason. • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, and further agree that initiating a payment dispute after the 48-hour window will not entitle you to a refund.
1. Unauthorized Ticketed Event Clause Cloverland ATL operates under private event agreements. Clients are strictly prohibited from advertising, promoting, or selling tickets to the public for events scheduled as private (e.g., birthday parties, group rides) in a manner that falsely implies sponsorship, hosting, or endorsement by Cloverland ATL or JLS Enterprises Group. Should a client or third party be found selling or marketing tickets publicly (online or offline) for any privately-booked event, Cloverland ATL reserves the right to:
1. Immediately cancel the reservation without refund
• Reclassify the event as a commercial booking, subject to:
• Payment of applicable commercial event rates
• Execution of a Commercial Event Agreement
• Submission of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with a minimum $1,000,000 general liability policy, naming JLS Enterprises Group LLC as an additional insured party Failure to comply may result in denied access to the premises, forfeiture of all deposits paid, and potential legal action for breach of contract and misrepresentation.
